Cherrywood TC1 was the 4th Phase of the complex after TC4 F1 & F3 and TC4 F2 completed by SISK and Conack respectively. TC1 was designed by OCSC for the client Hines but in this project, we were employed by Riverside Mechanical who were employed by Conack as the main contractor. 

 

Due to our experience as Lead Coordinator on the TC2 project we had extensive knowledge of the Lessons Learnt for the basic issues such as basement fire duct solutions, quantity of apartment types, locations of kitchen sinks, DB electrical boards, apartment RCPs, and locations of external louvres either window or walls.  All these queries and RFIs were addressed and resolved prior to Site coordination and construction proceeding.

 

The BIM coordination therefore on this project was very well done starting off with P01 Preliminary Models & Drawings for approval, once approved they were converted to C01 Construction Issue drawings and once Construction & Commissioning was finished then As Builts were submitted as part of the O&M manuals / BCAR / Handover Documentation.
